We're an official Irfan View Mirror :-)
This directory contains the best free graphic viewer of the
world - totally free. Just get the iview400.exe and install
the program. After installing  it's recommended to  install
the plugins too, just get the zipped  one or the other  exe
file called irfan_view_plugins_400.exe and install the tool
like the host program itself.

Attention:

It is NOT recommend to download the older versions because of
an security issue in version 4 and 3.99 of IrfanView!
